A standard team is four people. You meet all of them in the kickoff, and they stay for the duration.
If we ever need to change someone on your team, you'll hear it from us first, with a fortnight of overlap for handover.
Twenty-one more engineers, designers, QA specialists and project managers keep the studio running. Two of them joined through our apprenticeship programme and now lead their own features.
