DokaanDM
Nepali shops sell through Facebook and Instagram DMs, then lose the order somewhere between the conversation and the delivery rider. DokaanDM is the operations layer for that: one inbox across both channels, orders captured straight out of the chat with line items and addresses, a phone-keyed customer record, and cash-on-delivery risk flagged from the seller's own history before anything ships.
