We hire slowly and expect people to stay

Two or three people a year, each chosen carefully. In return: real ownership of real products, seniors who review your code properly, and a studio that doesn't ask you to work weekends to cover a bad estimate.

02 What we offer

The specifics, not the adjectives

Everything below is written into the offer letter, not implied at interview.

  • Salary reviewed every twelve months against a published band, whether or not you ask.
  • An annual learning budget plus Friday afternoons kept free for using it.
  • Health cover for you and your immediate family, including outpatient.
  • Hybrid by arrangement — most people are in the office three or four days.
  • Twenty-two days of leave, and a studio that closes between Christmas and New Year for international teams.
  • A named mentor for your first six months, with time formally allocated for it.
